Astronaut happy to serve as role model, and kids who meet him dream big (The Kansas City Star)

As Justin Jackson approached Guion “Guy” Bluford at the grand reopening of the Lucile Bluford Library, he was a bit in awe. After all, Justin, 10, had read plenty regarding the accomplishments of Bluford, America’s first black astronaut. At the event Saturday, Justin asked Bluford for his autograph. Bluford obliged, scribbling his signature on Justin’s jacket.
